Upload Completed PDFUpon approval of the request, all users will be required to complete and adhere to the CPC Map Data Sharing Agreement.
An authorized signatory from all entities/institutions with data access will be required to sign in order to execute the final Data Use Agreement. Depending on the institution, this process may take several weeks before the DUA is fully executed and data can be shared.
